Neokala does not store or have access to your complete payment card details. All payment information is processed securely by our payment partners in compliance with industry standards.

Payment must be successfully completed before your order is processed and shipped. Orders with failed, declined, or fraudulent payment attempts will be automatically canceled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or government restrictions.

Once a package is handed over to our logistics partner, Neokala is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Any such issues must be reported immediately for investigation with the courier service.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Neokala does not offer refunds on any products. We offer size exchanges only, subject to the terms outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or store credit at our discretion.
